Services provided by Enhanced Living Solutions, where clients are assessed in their own home environment include:
- Home safety and environmental assessment and modification design
- Minor modification design including grab rails, hand rails, minor ramp and stair design
- Major modifications including bathroom, kitchen and general living modifications and major access including ramps and design of all forms of lift installations
- Activities of daily living assessment and training
- Mobility training
- Equipment prescription
- Falls prevention program
- Energy conservation and relaxation programs
- Sleep difficulties program
- Pressure care management
- Assistance with end-of-life management/palliative care

Clients may be referred to Enhanced Living Solutions for occupational therapy by their general practitioner through a Chronic Disease Management Plan. Up to five sessions can be claimed through this plan per year. Out of pocket expenses may occur when occupational therapy sessions are held in the client's home.

Occupational Therapy services can be provided to clients registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs and hold either a gold or white DVA Health Card. DVA clients must be referred by their general practitioner. DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon receipt of the GP referral.

Private Clients
Individual clients may refer themselves for occupational therapy services without a doctor's referral. Enhanced Living Solutions is a registered provider with Medicare and as such, clients with private health insurance may be eligible for rebates through their insurance providers depending on their levels of cover.
